Today I bought my second topper, I can't find the words to describe what a difference this tiny hair hat has done to my life (description by my granddaughter), thank heavens for Carly, for Hare and Fawn, and for everyone who worked hard to understand hair loss and the women who suffer from it. I had my first appointment at Hare & Fawn this week and it was such a beautiful experience from start to finish. The salon itself is absolutely stunning - luxurious, thoughtfully designed, and filled with the most gorgeous natural light. From the warm welcome and beautiful coffee on arrival to every small detail throughout the appointment, it felt like such a treat. What truly sets Hare & Fawn apart, is the people. Every team member I interacted with was genuinely kind, warm and welcoming, creating an atmosphere that feels both elevated and incredibly comfortable. Emma did my hair and I honestly couldn’t be happier. She took the time to really listen to what I was hoping to achieve, offered thoughtful advice, and her attention to detail was exceptional. I felt completely heard throughout the appointment, and the end result exceeded my expectations. My colour is beautiful, fresh, dimensional and luxurious, and my hair feels so healthy. It’s rare to find a salon that delivers both exceptional technical work and such a wonderful client experience, but Hare & Fawn does exactly that. I left feeling refreshed, confident and thoroughly spoiled. Highly recommend!
