I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Hare & Fawn was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share it. I had my first appointment at Hare & Fawn this week and it was such a beautiful experience from start to finish. The salon itself is absolutely stunning - luxurious, thoughtfully designed, and filled with the most gorgeous natural light. From the warm welcome and beautiful coffee on arrival to every small detail throughout the appointment, it felt like such a treat. What truly sets Hare & Fawn apart, is the people. Every team member I interacted with was genuinely kind, warm and welcoming, creating an atmosphere that feels both elevated and incredibly comfortable. Emma did my hair and I honestly couldn’t be happier. She took the time to really listen to what I was hoping to achieve, offered thoughtful advice, and her attention to detail was exceptional. I felt completely heard throughout the appointment, and the end result exceeded my expectations. My colour is beautiful, fresh, dimensional and luxurious, and my hair feels so healthy. It’s rare to find a salon that delivers both exceptional technical work and such a wonderful client experience, but Hare & Fawn does exactly that. I left feeling refreshed, confident and thoroughly spoiled. Highly recommend!

I recently had a BKT smoothing treatment done at the salon with Jo, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The treatment itself went really well, and I want to give a big shout-out to Jo for doing such an exceptional job. While the treatment is definitely on the pricier side, it is absolutely worth it—and what truly makes it so worthwhile is the incredible attention to detail Jo put into every step of the process. Her care and precision really made a difference. Thank you so much, Jo—I really appreciate your work. My hair is now so shiny, smooth, and manageable. I absolutely love it!

The Hare and Fawn hair salon in Queanbeyan is absolutely gorgeous. The fit out is super cute, they provide a free drink during your appointment, and the hairdressers are super lovely and knowledgable. They do an excellent job with my blonde foils and colour (which is not easy!), and they also provide recommendations for products. After a year of going there and using their products in between services, my hair has never been in better condition. Highly recommend, thanks team. 😊

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a BSK treatment with Ebony and I honestly couldn’t be happier. From the moment I sat in the chair, she was so professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. She explained everything so clearly, especially as I’d never had this treatment before, and she took the time to carefully go through all of the aftercare with me as well. It’s now been two weeks since my treatment and, I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical at first — but I am so happy to be proven wrong! It has been absolutely worth the money. My hair is so much easier to dry, and I can almost achieve a salon-quality finish at home. I’ve also had so many compliments on my hair already. Thank you, Ebony — I’ll definitely be back! 💇‍♀️✨
