Choose from a variety of payment methods, encompassing popular debit and credit cards, inclusive of AMEX. To make visiting our Queanbeyan hair salon even more convenient, we also offer Zip Pay, ensuring you’re able to enjoy the luxury experience we offer in a way that is manageable for you.
Transaction fees
At Hare and Fawn, our payment convenience is offered through SmartPay eftpos systems. Opt for a card insertion with a cheque or savings payment for a $0.30 charge per transaction or select the tap or credit choice for a fee of 1.65%.
These charges solely accommodate the transaction expenses, yielding no profit for us.
Zip Pay
Our salon proudly extends Zip Pay facilities to our valued clientele. Many may not be aware that these avenues carry higher charges than standard EFTPOS operations.
Per our agreement with Zip Pay, we’re unable to transfer these charges as surcharges to our patrons. As we delight in providing this feature, we’ve had to carefully figure out how we can do so in a way that is sustainable for our business.
Terms and Conditions
- A threshold spend of $200 (inclusive of services and products).
- Before using these services, pre-appointment approval is mandatory.
- We hold the discretion to decline or modify the service cost if Zip Pay is opted for during an appointment.
- Services employing Zip Pay will be invoiced at the full standard rate, negating any concessions on batched services.
- Merging Zip Pay with other deals, deductions, or specials on hair treatments or products isn’t permissible.
- Reimbursements for Zip Pay procedures must align with their distinct platforms, adhering to their stipulated durations, charges, and regulations.
Creating an account on either platform is uncomplicated. However, for seamless service, we suggest setting this up ahead of your appointment time.
